I love spam in the Korean Army stew I make (Its spiced up ramen with hot dogs, kimchi, spam, and mushrooms in it) and Vienna sausage is strictly for tteokbokki (saw the recipe on a K-pop video years ago, using tteok logs, gochujang, Vienna sausage, mozzerella cheese, and corn.). Adds a lovely salty savory bite through the spice of the gochujang, and the sweetness of the corn helps too. Korean food is delicious. Also I'm a wimp when it comes to spice.
