Hadn't seen those big round Ham slices with the little bone in ages...
There they were yesterday ! Not outrageously priced either !

Slab - o - Ham with Pineapple,

I'm making chicken enchiladas...well, if they get done in time! I just got the pot started with the chicken and veggies. That needs to cook at least an hour and then I can start reducing liquid, cooling the chicken and shredding it, etc., etc.

The temperature dropped and it's rainy and windy here in Cowboyville AZ, so this is what we're having.
I call this Won Ton Mein Deluxe (well, that's what we call it Hawaii anyways).
S&S brand Saimin, yes Saimin which is a unique type of noodle to Hawaii, with a gorgeous dashi.
Add-ins are from the top going clock-wise:
Batons of Spam® fried crisp
steamed Shrimp (for me only)
steamed Baby Bok Choi
Kamaboko (Japanese steamed Fish Cake)
sliced Green Onions
Won Ton or Gyoza or Pork & Veggies Dumplings

I'm so excited!!!
And NO, this is NOT Ramen, totally different dish, so there

We're having leftovers. We'll, I'm having leftovers. Himself has been having a nap all evening. I guess he's sleeping off those two shots he had today...but I don't think it works like that for vaccines like it does for whiskey.
