Kale, veggie rice w/lentil stew, a peach. Maybe some cantaloupe later.
 
Our produce basket arrived. We knew it would be arriving at supper time, so we had a very simple, but yummy supper. DH heated a can of Habitant French Canadian Pea Soup and I sliced some old cheddar and put it on slices of wholewheat miche. Then, I toasted it in the toaster oven. All the cheese was melty and bubbly, but it wasn't browning, so I put the toaster on broil for a couple of minutes. I guess the rack wasn't close enough to the element, because the cheese only got a tiny bit brown. Then we lost patience and had supper. The cheesy toast points were crispy and delicious, even if not brown.

Burgers tonight!

Six ounce burger on a sesame seed bun with mayo, provolone, genoa salami, red onion, tomato and pepperoncini slices.
