We had a soup that we really like - Chef John's Italian White Bean and Sausage Soup. That is such a hearty, tasty, satisfying soup. I served it with EVOO to top it as well as some pecorino Romano and some whole wheat baguette. I'm stuffed. Instead of kale, I used rainbow chard and some tatsoy that was going to be too wilty soon.
