I bought some jerk seasoned pork from Lufa Farms. It is made sous-vide and sold frozen, still in the sous-vide bag. It just needs to be defrosted and heated. It was extremely tender and quite tasty, but there was no heat. :ermm: I have never heard of jerk seasoning that wasn't really hot. Anyways, that was what we had for supper. We also had brown basmati rice and some coleslaw I made to go with this supper.

Pizza for dinner. Pepperoni, green pepper and shallot (didn't want to cut up a big onion).

Pizza here, too, but picked up on my way home from grocery shopping. What was going to be a short shopping trip to one store turned into a lot of walking around two stores. I decided to get pizza rather walk into the house hangry. Ours was grilled chicken and fresh broccoli with an Alfredo sauce. If you want to see a picture, I could unwrap the leftovers.
