Costco boneless thick cut Pork Loin Chops.
Thyme, Garlic and S&P
3 hours at 140° (three hours only because we weren't quite ready to eat yet)
Cast Iron Skillet on the Gas Grill with the lid closed for 20 minutes
Whipped off all of the marinade, dried all surfaces well
Seared it all over

and dinner!
