We pulled a couple of small pizzas out of the freezer and had those. I added some locally made pepperoni style salumi to the mushroom and cheese pizza. That gave it a boost. I call it a win because the pizzas were pretty good and I got them out of the oven without any molten cheese getting on my skin.
I had purchased a steel plate to use on the induction burner. It works!!
So last night I made some crepes, a white sauce, which didn't come out with the flavour I was trying for, so try again 'n again, all this to wrap up some butter fried shrimp - Delish!

DH had some tummy issues, and curry always seems to help...so I tried a new recipe. Caribbean-Inspired Chicken Stew - although a made a couple of changes. I didn't use a whole chicken, just a couple of chicken breasts that I cut in half. Next time, I think I'll use boneless instead. It was very good and sat well too.
