Sous vide ribeye cooked to 135ºF and seared in a roaring hot cast iron skillet. A baked potato and several string beans completed the meal.
We ordered pizza.

We finished the leftover pizza tonight. I also made salads...except Himself had his without lettuce and dressing. Yup, he had a relish tray.

It's a roll of prosciutto and mozzarella. We bought it at the wine store and sliced it up.

We had pan-fried skirt steak, creamed spinach, mushrooms, and tiny zucchini fried in pan drippings

We had Italian Supper Pie. I've not made it in a while, and it was the perfect meal for a rainy day.
