I roasted a bunch of veggies (celery, celeriac, carrots, rutabugger, sunroots, mushrooms, onions, and a couple of giant cloves of garlic) topped with some homemade Italian sausage that I shaped into small balls. There was one last, store bought, Italian sausage, for comparison. Mine were good, but need more fat. That was a delicious meal. We have plenty left, especially of the sausage balls. I made over 500 grams of sausage mix.
