Get Jumbo shrimp (Preferably 10 to 16 count) Leave tail on.
Butterfly and de-vein the Shrimp and wash thoroughly
Add stone claw or regular crab meat to groove in shrimp
Flatten chicken tender strip with mallet before slicing into ¼â€
