Saturday's Dinner - 9-10

I made a pot of shredded beef ragu which I served it over some handmade fresh tagliatelle.

I was going to make meatloaf, but when I went to make supper, the ground beef wasn't fully thawed and DH was already "starving". So, we ordered burgers. The plan is for meatloaf tomorrow.
 
Greek Lemon Spinach Lentil Stew, potato salad, date-banana-oat cookies w/raisins.
 
The post about Ramen inspired me. I had leftover shrimp, a Sichuan spiced ramen packet, with the dehydrated veggie pack, garlic, and fresh red onion. I prepped it all, and put in butter, onion, the garlic and veggie pack into a sauce pot, and cooked until the onions began to soften. I added the shrimp, and 1.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, add noodles. Cook until noodles are done. It tasted great, was quick, and easy.

Everyone's posted dinners look great.

I had a nap. Wasn't feeling good, Himself went stargazing, and I laid down to relax. Relax I did! Felt better, too.

We'll nibble light things now that he's home. Not too much, but enough to be able to fall asleep later.
