We have been enjoying a short third summer here on the Island of Montreal. No more grilling for us this year. We ran out of propane and it's too late in the season to easily get more, or even get some charcoal for my hibachi.
Supper was penne in a zucchini sauce, hot Italian sausages, and salad of Boston lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced red bell pepper, and broccoli sprouts. Dressed the salad with a brand new batch of my "batch vinaigrette".
