Home again in Ohio!
With a beautiful 72 degree day, I chased Himself outside to grill the package of Winesburg hot dogs that we brought back from Ohio. I made a small batch of potato salad (no leftovers :( ) and heated a small can of baked beans. Probably our last cookout - maybe.

What did you have tonight?
 
We have been enjoying a short third summer here on the Island of Montreal. No more grilling for us this year. We ran out of propane and it's too late in the season to easily get more, or even get some charcoal for my hibachi.

Supper was penne in a zucchini sauce, hot Italian sausages, and salad of Boston lettuce, thinly sliced red onion, sliced red bell pepper, and broccoli sprouts. Dressed the salad with a brand new batch of my "batch vinaigrette".

Supper here was a bacon cheeseburger with some sauteed onions, a few french fries, and a couple of onion rings. Part of a vanilla milkshake for dessert - the rest of the milkshake is in the freezer for tonight.
