1 TBL Coriander
1 TBL Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients together until well blended…

Season the Ribeye generously with the Rub…
Let Stand for 15 minutes

Place the steak on an Air Fryer rack :
Place the rack on the top shelf of the Air Fryer
Press the Power button and then the French Fry (15 minutes @ 400) button
Flip the steak half-way through the cooking time

Let the Steak rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes before serving

Looks good LT.

I would probably leave out the sugar, but leave in the cumin.

How well did the coffee work in that? Didn't it add a lot of bitter flavour? Did it give a gritty texture? It's the thing I dislike about French press coffee - accidentally getting those bits of coffee grit from the bottom of the cup into my mouth.

Not sure I discerned a coffee flavor, but the grits must have softened up, as they weren't an issue either...(MSMofet said she uses instant ....)

....... and the sugar wasn't really prevalent either....... but the entire blend def added a personality to the steak ....... I left the Cumin out, as I feared that"Bully" would take over the Rub..........

Actually taxy, most people who drink French Press Coffee on a regular basis don't actually drink their coffee to the bottom of the cup - just precisely for that reason. A friend in France told me that once about 30 odd years ago.

You will also notice that people who drink home brew beer do the same thing, because there is often a deposit, so they always left/leave a little bit in the bottom.

And as lucky has mentioned, sugar, if left out of certain recipes will change the whole perspective/idea/can't think of the word I need. It is often really needed and not noticed - until you leave it out.
