Rib Eye (or any Steak) in the Power Air Fryer

Rib eye (I've done Porterhouse also) in the Power Air Fryer


1 - 1 LB Rib Eye, ¾”

Dry Rub Ingredients; 2 TBL crushed Sea Salt
2 TBL Light Brown Sugar
2 TBL ground Black Coffee Beans
1 TBL Granulated Garlic (I subbed Garlic Powder)
1 TBL Onion Powder
1 TBL Cumin (Did not use… not a Fan )
1 TBL Coriander
1 TBL Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients together until well blended…


Season the Ribeye generously with the Rub…
Let Stand for 15 minutes

Place the steak on an Air Fryer rack :
Place the rack on the top shelf of the Air Fryer
Press the Power button and then the French Fry (15 minutes @ 400) button
Flip the steak half-way through the cooking time

Let the Steak rest, covered with foil, for 5 minutes before serving...
