Mimi, I use this to marinate, but take part of it out and add catsup and more Worchestershire to it along with more brown sugar and vinegar...I didn't measure it just tasted as I went. Here is the marinade. 1 tea of brown sugar, 1 tab. minced onion 1/2 tea dry mustard,rosemary,ginger fresh pepper to taste. 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. veggie oil,2-3 cloves minced garlic 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 tab. honey and 2 Tab. vinegar. This makes about 1-1/2 c of marinade I take a 1/2 c. and add the above to it to make more and thicker.
