Hi. I saw a chef cutting pasta squares (Silk handkeys). This was done using a small wheel cutter that created a serrated edge. What is it called?

I have never herd of silk handkeys before. What are they? Google only tells me stuff about "silk hankies" and those aren't food, as far as I know.

taxy, there is a cut of pasta called "silk handkerchief". They're large-ish squares of pasta, traditionally served with pesto. They made them on "The Chew" a few years ago, but they used a different sauce.

otuatail, I think larry nailed it. I've seen that called a "pastry wheel" also.
