Almost a hamburger, 2 slices of toasted ww bread, mustard, dill pickles, lettuce, tomato slices, ketchup. Delicious.

I made a simple pasta throw together. There was wholewheat elbow macaroni, lonza, onion, a bit of chicken stock, some cream, and rainbow chard. It turned out pretty tasty and it was quick to make. We had some wholewheat and sunflower seed bread (store bought) to go with that.

Spaghetti with garlic bread, Mandarin orange, and some Milky Way Mini's.

Strip steak, and salad. Tomato juice to drink. I saved half the steak to have over salad for lunch.

I have just started cooking again after regaining strength so last night I made stroganoff with ground pork and Caesar salad. We had chocolate mousse cake that TB bought for my birthday today.
