Now I got my user name sorted, it's time to introduce myself, sort of

I like spicy food, with SE Asian being my favourite. I like cooking (obviously), brewing, eating, fishing, reading and a lot more.
Gotta do a lot of improvising due to limited ingredients available & I work on a limited solar set up. But we can always make a plan.
