Ok, so thank you all who have replied so far. The consensus seems to be:

1. unknown - no suggestions
2. dill, fennel fronds, or coriander [if it tastes like anise, it is fennel, but my palate is horrible, lol]
3. chives
4. Swiss chard
5. kale (tastes cabbagy!) [but could have been arugula if it had tasted more spicy]
6. mustard greens (it takes like mustard!) [could have been collards if it didn't have the mustard taste]

Actually, besides being in the same order as beets, it is the same species, but labeled a different "variety" - Beta vulgaris (don't remember the variety!). Surprisingly, the chard has non of that flavor the beets have, that I can't stand!
Well, I hate raw coriander (cilantro), but I really like the flavour of the coriander seeds.

#1 I can't see very well, but it looks like it could be perilla, a.k.a. shiso. The one leaf I see the top of is reddish, and shiso is both green and various shades of red. Some are almost round, but others are more pointed, and the serrated edges vary considerably, too.

I was just going to say, it's difficult to see the shape of the leaves in #1. If the OP would take them out of the colander and lay them out in a single layer, and try to get a clearer image, someone might be able to ID them.

I thought about shiso at first because I've grown the grern variety before, but from what I could see decided no. The reddish one does look like the red variety, but the green leaves don't.

Maybe a mix of 2 greens?

Hi, sorry I have been away all day and thanks for the suggestions. I took more pics of the unknown greens in a flat pan. It appears to be a bag of two different kinds?? One leaf is large and has smooth edges, like spinach maybe. The other is small and jagged like a lettuce type?? As far as the reddish one that @medtran49 mentioned, I looked for that one, but I guess I already ate it last night, lol.

1a. A single leaf of each type laid out in a pan:

1b. All the round-edge ones together (bottom half of pic):

1c. All the jagged ones together:

More pictures, @mileena. 1b looks a lot like the generic "leaf lettuce" my Mom grew in our veggie patch when I was a kid. It could be a very young leaf from romaine or butter head???

1c could be one of the varieties of arugula, perhaps wild rocket.

Thank you! The next time I get wild rocket arugula at Trader Joe's, I will compare.

When I used the Google lens for #1 it says Arugula - just my 2¢
Wow...I never even heard of Google Lens. I am going to have to check it out.

You've got some more swiss chard in 1b and 1c.
Ok, thank you. So some ay arugula, and some say Swiss chard. Well, whatever it is, it's good!
