Let me start out by saying thanks for everything I've already learned on here. Second, let me say I such with math ND need some help. I am building a new pit and I have a 18in piece of pipe 45 inches long. I will be building a square firebox on it and doing a reverse flow method. My questions are is a fire box 16x16x16 big enough? How big should my fire box to cooking changer opening be? I'm thinking 5in high and 16 wide in a half moon shape? Is that good? Also, I'll be using 4in pipe and I'm thinking about 18in tall for the exhaust stack. Excuse me.if I'm not using the correct terminology. All this is new to me. Thanks
