Here is one I have been using over the past couple years and was going to make it commercially but now are not. It is excellent on pork but pretty tasty on chicken and fish. My wife calls it White Meat Mustard Rub which scares me just a a little
Mustard Rub
1 Tablespoon yellow mustard powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt - I use flake salt
1 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons dry Basil
1 1/2 teaspoons ground Black Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic powder
Mix together and store in an air tight container.
