I don't really use a recipe for Mrs Dash, I just add it to what I think will only be complement by its use. It's extremely fragrant and fun to use with a lot of dishes.

That's sort of how we are...use it as an option to table salt, if you want to add additional herbs to a dish that is already salty enough.

I think what the original poster was asking for was a recipe to MAKE a homemade version of the Mrs. Dash spice mix - not recipes that use it, lol!!!

"Mrs. Dash" is a commercial line of herb/spice blends that don't contain any salt.
