I batch-cooked Julia Child’s chicken breasts sautéed in butter recipe. Had with white rice and green peas. As I am single, have leftovers for later on this week.
I wanted to serve smoked salmon with bagels, but DH said he doesn't have a taste for fish at the moment. 
So, no fish & chips, no fish cakes - all ideas flew out of my head and we ordered burrito bowls.

We had most of the leftover beef bourguignon that hadn't been spirited away into the freezer, along with spinish salads. I call it spinish because there is way more on top of the spinach than bacon and egg - raw mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella cheese shreds, tomato.

Eggplant sauce: tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, onions, on WW penne pasta. Large salads with ww croutons. Dessert: toast with triple berry puree/jam.

Last night's dinner was – Burger, American cheese, fried onions, pickles, and ketchup, on a cracked wheat roll. Arby's seasoned fries on the side.

A restaurant we used to love, it's long closed, had extra large tortillas made for their fajitzas. It was exactly what it sounds like, fajitas made into a pizza.
