A really simple not from scratch sauce

2T Butter
1/4C Mayonaise (homemade or store bought)
1/4C Sour Cream
1tsp prepared mustard
2T white wine
pepper

Melt butter in small saucepan on low. Whisk in mayo, sour cream and mustard until smooth. Add wine and heat through, do not boil. If sauce is thicker than you like, thin with more white wine. Makes about 2/3 Cup sauce.

Hey, if you're not tearing the top off a package of Knorrs, it sure looks homemade to me :)

Lol! I guess you are right Pac! Thanks everyone, it was good on the broccoli! I think I might use a little lemon juice to brighten it to use on eggs benny ;)

I finally got around to trying this recipe. It was tasty. DH thought it was a bit tangier than what he has had before, but he just tasted it on its own, not on something.
