Kaneohegirlinaz, you are right, this is the land of hardly any baking mixes ( 21 from the famous company that is also bread, gluten free and dumplings). And no I dont buy them, when 5 kilos of flour cost less then one box, it isnt worth the money.

Should say, I never need to drain fat from my ground meat since I barely get out a 1 tablespoon or even less. Yes I need to add butter to fry it.

CP, I'm going to be making this one next week to try out on DH and also to share with our'old neighbors'-they've moved up the street a bit to new digs.
