Any suggestions as to a very low carb idea to use up some steamed cod please?

Hi. Here are a couple of ideas for fish salad. Just replace the fish mentioned with your cod.

If you're already steaming the fish then I suggest Trader Joe's cauliflower gnocchi. They seem to have a better texture when steamed and pair well with everything!
