Hi

I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a machine to make Liege style waffles? Also any cast-iron would be interesting. i've seen an iron by Roma on amazon but it seems like its for the classic thin American style waffles.

Thanks!

I use a deep indentation waffle maker by Oster. It's called a Belgian waffle maker.. I've used it to make Liege waffles and American Belgian waffles. It's a bit of a PITA to clean though, especially with the Liege waffles

I would buy the Croquade U11000 Traditional Belgian Waffle Maker that makes one Liege waffle at a time. It even comes with removable plates which makes it easy to clean.
