In which part of the year bananas are most tasty in your opinion?

I don't think it matters. Bananas are grown in a completely different climate. I think any differences in taste/quality are related individual plant differences, and how the bananas are handles after harvesting.
 
Here, the bananas that come from Central & South America (I think?) are shipped green and ripen here - so we are rather lucky in that aspect.
 
I would have to say the season in which they are used the most or consumed the most. Bakery goods are usually autumn season for bananas. Smoothies are summer favorites. Brown bag lunch fruit is year round.
