How long to bake a 12x18 sheet cake?

Anyone ever tried or have ideas on - how long to bake a 12x18 sheet cake?

There are too many variables to give a direct answer.

My best guess/estimate would be from 12-25 minutes at 350f-375f.

Start checking after 12 minutes to see if a toothpick comes out clean or the cake is firm to the touch, continue to check every five minutes until you are satisfied.

Sorry to bother you again. Can you tell me - how long to bake a 11x15x2 cake?

It’s difficult to answer but it could increase the baking time to 35 minutes depending on the type of batter and the thickness of the cake in the pan.

I use a 10x15x2" pan for cake rolls. They're so thin they only take about 12 minutes to bake.

In the instances you cited, the thickness of the cake is more critical to baking time than length and width. As Got Garlic said, only about 12 minutes.
