Has anyone made powdered milk in the dehydrator?

I have a source for raw milk cheap but it has a high cream content. Cream is fat right? Fat don't dehydrate well.

I want to do this for use on camping and backpacking trips. I love a glass of milk in the evening and first thing in the morning but it don't keep well in a backpack.
 
for camping, I used to combine all of the ingredients for my pancake recipe, and put it into sealed plastic bags. I used full fat powdered milk, and powdered eggs. Just add water. They came out just as good zas when I used all fresh milk and eggs.

Full fat powdered milk tastes pretty good as well, better of course when cold. Its also good to use in hot chocolate, and cooking.
