Hey, y'all - what's for Supper 11/2/2022?

I was feeling a bit off, so I made a very simple supper of a country omelette with scallions and feta. We had that with toasted, wholewheat English muffins.

Along with the Soup/Stew thread, I made a big ole pot of my Local-Style Beef Stew and served it up with that ever present steamed White Rice :yum:
 
We finished our drive back to MA today, so we stopped at the Jewish deli about 40 miles from home. Himself and I each ordered a pastrami Reuben. I had a cup of matzo ball soup with mine, and Himself ordered a huge side of onion rings for us to share. I bought half of my sandwich home, and we had a half dozen rings left, too.
