Help with steak dinner for tomorrow please ?

Hi everyone

First time poster here, I have some fillet steaks for tomorrow, and I also have a pre made starter of scallop and king prawn gratin which I’ve now decided to use as a side dish. What would you suggest to go with this? It’s going to be the ultimate surf and turf. Very limited to the places open tomorrow to buy ingredients from so want to keep it simple ? thank you
 
Sounds like the Scallop & Prawn Gratin might have sauce as well? So why not just very simple boiled potatoes (with butter & an herb), maybe glazed carrots (for colour) and how about roasted Brussels (oil, salt'n pepper).

Perhaps the Brussels and Gratin could share the oven. Carrots can be done ahead and reheated with the glaze.

This gives you colour, textures?
