Help! I used too low a temp!

Completely messed up and cooked my turkey thighs for 18 hours on 138 instead of 158! No!!! It looks like I am ok on food poisoning, but should I just bump it up to 158 - and if so, for how long? Any help appreciated. Pitching them is always a possibility but they require a 4 day cure.

Welcome to DC! Are you smoking them?
 
A little over an hour held at that temperature will kill any bacteria present, even with poultry. 18 hours it'll be safe, and cooking it longer should be OK, but this amount of time, I'd worry about texture, thighs are soft to begin with, they might be too soft.
