Hello, everyone, I was a member of the old original Discuss Cooking forum, and let it go for many years - just discovered it again and am rejoining!

Retired catered, restaurant line cook and foodie. I love Latin flavors, as well as Indian and Italian. I am a carnivore, and hubby is a 'chicken-tarian', and son is a vegetarian who eats dairy and eggs. Makes for interesting mealtimes at our house!
