Just family today. Small turkey breast. We did not eat even half of it. But now I have to brace for real thanksgiving cooking. Synagogue I go to, makes Shabbat Dinner Friday night for all the guests. Two turkeys are awaiting for me tomorrow. Quite large ones in the area of 20 + pounds. They will have to go into the oven together.

I wonder how long and what temperature I should plan to cook them?

Plus all the trimmings. Stuffing, gravy, oy, start all over.
