Tacos finally happened tonight. Soft ones. Full of stuff besides meat - lettuce, radish, salsa, fresh tomatoes, black olives, taco sauce, sour cream...rats, forgot the shredded cheese. Maybe I should make myself another one..

Also had refried beans topped with cheese and taco sauce.

What did you eat tonight?

I tried a new recipe. I don't remember if someone here recommended it. It's for cheeseburger macaroni. Part of the appeal is that it's supposed to be a one pot meal. It could have used a salad, but by the time I figured that out, I was too pooped to make one. It was delicious. I used penne because, it's one I had. Another time, I will cook the pasta separately, at least partially. I had to add water, because the sauce was getting too thick and the pasta was starting to stick to the bottom of the pot. I will also probably save some of the cheese to put on top. We could hardly taste any cheese. I probably want a bit more ground beef too. But, darned good for an experiment. I will be tweaking this one.
