I've had enough of the personalities on this site.

Ya'all are the rudest and most ill mannered people I've seen to date....including the sites that scream profanities at each other. I offer good insights and history from my education, research and expertise and yet I'm insulted and accused non-stop of all sorts of vile intentions.

Back to the OP's question:
Besides the seasoning of the pan, it is also important to take time to fry proteins. If you try to flip something to early, it may stick (esp fish & chicken with skin). Waiting a minute or so can make a world of difference
