This is a really bad year. In addition to being affected greatly by COVID-19,
Other problems have also come to my home, that includes a lot of flies from
unknown sources, and bed bugs....

I believe that there are bed bugs because I find the skin on my back itchy
in the night and I cannot find any mosquito, I am very annoyed by this.

At the moment I do not have budget to hire professional services for
eliminating bed bugs, and at the same time, many of them here are
notorious for charging customers a high price but not giving significant
results....

Can I get rid of bed bus on my own? I have never tried to do this before.
Any advice? What method or product should I try?

I feel like crying.....

I possibly do not have any used clothing or bedding

but that they were not cleaned thoroughly for long time could be a truth

Bed bugs won't spontaneously appear from stuff that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Bed bugs get into someone's home from outside the home in some way. They can be carried in on many kinds of things, but it tends to be things that have fabric or some kind of stuffing.

I would suggest that you do some internet research on bed bugs.

Bed bugs can harbour in woodwork and things such as mattresses for a long time (6 months)

Are you sure it is bedbugs? Put some sticky tape in a box on the floor near the baseboards. If you catch some you will be able to identify. They also have a smell that some people can detect.
Do you see tiny blood spots on your bedsheets? This is from where they bite to feed and rolling over them. Actual bite marks on your back? Your legs?

Or have you perhaps changed your laundry detergent?

I feel for you, been there, done that! Good Luck!

Hello. Thanks for your comments first.

To answer your question more neatly

1. I am not sure if they are bedbugs. I cannot detect with naked eyes now
2. I cannot detect any smell
3. I cannot detect any tiny blood sports
4. I have serious itchy feeling on my back. I am not sure if they are bite mark, but they are red and VERY ITCHY, I haven't been able to sleep well
for a few days now, I strongly believe that they are not by mosquito
because I don't find any mosquito recently.

5. One thing that I can see with naked eyes for sure is that there
are many many flies (likely small moth) coming to my bedroom that
I used to only see them in the public park, but it comes to my home
this year

Please help...
What can I try to do now?
Sticky tape?? I don't understand....

could they be carried with paper shipment box? I like buying things from Amazon and ebay and most of the time I unbox them home, but I seldom
unbox them in my bedroom. I also bought some new and unopened products
from individuals on ebay, they came with original packaging made of paper,
I put them in my bedroom, could these paper from untrusted source carry
bed bugs or any bugs??

yes I had done some research on internet before I first posted my questions here, sounds like that it's hard to detect them with naked eyes and they are
very sneaky and hide themselves well so I am not able to know....

The purpose of the box with tape is to catch some to be able to identify.

I'm so sorry, I should have described how to place the tape.

Depending on the size of the box or container you have, take a piece of tape that you can create a circle or oval with, to fit inside the box. Make this oval/circle of tape with the sticky side out. The bottom half of your sticky circle is to be pressed inside the box. The top half of the sticky circle is up and ... hopefully the insect will get stuck on the tape and you will then be able to identify.

This is actually how fumigators test for bedbugs here. They place the boxes after they have sprayed, then check several days later, to make sure they have gotten them all.

Insects like dark places, hiding in a box would be great - to them.

Are you able to see a doctor? They may be able to identify your bites, Or is it a rash?

There are herbs that repel insects. Perhaps there is an herbalist you could visit for advice. Sleep on a bed of sweet lavender or lemonbalm! LOL - I really don't know if those herbs are the right ones - just using them as an example.

I am absolutely not an expert. But, I do believe that they could be carried into your home in that way.

I hope that you find out that it is something much easier to deal with than bed bugs.

If you are able to see a doctor, then I agree with Dragn that it would be a good thing to do.

In the American military if there is an infestation of lice in the beds, they drag the mattresses out into the sunlight, and that kills them. I don't know if that would work for bed bugs.

Bedbugs will die in temps of 185 degrees F or over. That's why it's important to wash EVERYTHING you own in hot water and dry them in a dryer on HIGH if you have bedbugs

Bedbugs will get into everything like electronics, books, etc. If you live where it's hot, you can put those items in your car, roll up the windows, and park it in the sun for a couple days.

You can get bedbugs from anyplace: a movie theater seat, clothes you buy in department store, library books, etc.

Pull up your sheets and check the rim around your mattress very closely. Any bugs there that look like a tick are probably bedbugs.

Call in an expert. DON'T WAIT until you have a huge infestation. Bedbugs can crawl into electrical sockets and then into the walls. When they do that, you really have a problem.

If the exterminator doesn't find bedbugs, maybe he can spray and get rid of those flies for you.

Good luck!

Look at the bites to identify bedbugs. There will be two red welts close together and a third welt a little further from the two. Generally these are
in a straight line.

If you have them they will be sore and itch for an extended period of times.

Lowe's and other supply stores have aerosol cans of bedbug spray available.

Bedbugs can bite around your ankles even when at a restaurants while you are eating. These are quite common ways people come in contact with them today. (around the lower legs) If in the middle and upper areas of the body they may be in your bed or couch. Keep your bed linen changed and laundered
frequently and run your vacuum cleaner around your bedroom as often.
