This recipe was from the newest Kraft Food & Family Magazine. Even my picky husband liked these. My son could not stop saying how good they were. I loved how easy they were to make.

Caesar Pockets
The changes I made were....
I used a bag of Romaine lettuce with carrots and red cabbage for even more color. I couldn't get pita bread so I used some Tuscan Flatbread with Savory Garlic which gave it even more flavor. It was a little hard to make a pocket but I got it done. I also used a little more dressing and cheese. Next time I make it I want to add some crispy bacon and some hard boiled eggs and maybe even use flour tortillas .
