It has been eons since I made English Muffins. I used cut out tuna cans at that time. I have SS egg rings but they are too wide and certainly not high enough. Not suitable for English Muffins. I looked at the Norpro and they are now on my list.

Although I recently read that if you want to use cans similar to the old tuna cans, look in the Oriental Foods department. They still can a lot of their products in the old cans. Like water chestnuts. Great idea, but what do I do with the contents? :angel:

Craig used to make a crab melt topping with cheddar cheese, mayo and I don't know what else, for English muffins and then broil until the topping is just at golden brown

Our neighbor makes those. She calls them Crabbies.
