We split a grilled ribeye, with sides of smashed potatoes and zucchini/yellow squash casserole. Craig opened the rest of the oysters he bought yesterday and has pic of that.

We scrounged some sandwiches. DH had hot Hungarian salami with cheese on whole grain baguette. I had leftover taco meat (heated in the MW) with a bit of salsa and some sour cream on whole grain toast. I had the spoons to make supper. But, I have been having "one of those days". Things just kept going wrong, so I didn't want to brave it.

We have lots of leftovers, so we ate the oldest: beef veggie soup for Himself and bowties with mushrooms and Alfredo sauce for me. I did make fresh salads for each of us. Still thinking of having sliced strawberries and whipped cream on top of a waffle left over from Sunday...

Our oyster appetizer from last night.
