Really? I guess the people at Reynolds never heard about the celebration our friends to the north have on the second Monday in October, eh?

I wonder if Shopy's has heard about these turkey hot dogs? They could come up with their own, distinctly Canadian combinations, eh! You could simply rub the bird down with Montreal turkey seasoning before roasting, mais oui?. How about a turkey stuffed with poutine? Maybe a turkey with Beavertail or bannock and bacon dressing? A whole turkey that has been basted with pea soup during roasting sounds beauty!

Advertising fail, imo. The page keeps referencing "Turkey Dog" but shows turkeys cooked with typical hot dog toppings. They are not "dogs"

The reason for the confusion is that a number of national brands produce hot dogs / franks made from actual turkey. These are turkey dogs:
