    My boyfriends boss gave out meat bundles as Christmas gifts. One item is called Bread and Butter steak. I googled but only found Bread and butter roast. So how should I cook it? and should I marinate it? Thank you.

    Weird Meals

    I don't care for hominy, but I Love butter beans and have had a can (also w/ butter, salt, and pepper) for lunch or dinner. I also do this with black eyed peas, and black beans. Yum!
