Hi Guys! I have a vertical stainless smoker from Hong Kong and Sam's club. It burns too hot, even on the lowest setting (240 degrees) with a three column burner. To keep it around 190 deg, do I need to change the burner size? or the regulator flow? Or both? Where should I look for one...
