    Thanks. I use the shroud adapter frequently. The fan is always used, for all grilling, baking, smoking etc.

    This summer I've been playing around with simple mods to my grill. A cheap fan and a metal shroud has turned it into a pizza oven. Twenty-eight Canadian pennies lining the opening. So it's worth at least $0.28:D short youtube video here
