I went over to my friend brian's house yesterday and we made 4 different recipes for Sausage. It was the first time for me and I learned a lot. We ended up with about 18 pounds of product.
Last night I lit up my gasser and cooked Ribeye Steak and Lobster. I marinated the steak in soy sauce and seasoned it with Montreal steak seasoning. I sprinkled a little of my own rub on the Lobster. Came out great and very tastey.
I Just cooked a couple racks of Spare Ribs last night on my 22.5" WSM. I seasoned one with Plowboys' Yardbird and the other with Dizzy Pig's Dizzy Dust. They were delicious! :-D
