    There is not 1major hamburg chain that uses peanut oil, If any chain restaurant s use it I haven't seen it. Look elsewhere for your problem it's not your oil. Most restaurant s use a blend.

    I bought 2 cases of prime not ling ago, and they are smaller also. Good eating, not what I was looking for for comps. If they are slaughtered early, not sure if that's a good thing for pricing in the long run

    The store by me has loins on sale 2 x a year for $4 lb. I pick up 2 and have them sliced up 1-1/4", vacuum seal and I'm good to go. Ny steak is $8 a lb now.. Steak tastes better half off. :)

    I'm not a real big fan of mops. Pitmaker pits keep a pretty moist environment. Most of the time I don't need to wrap. If were to mop I would just end up with a bunch of seasoning in the bottom of my smoker. Boozer how did that go? :)

    Cook it on the wsm @259 deg for 11 hrs. I was close to 0 outside, had to do with how long it took. It did hold temps pretty stable though.
