    Mis-leading Banner

    The banner shows what appears to be a grill with flames showing. Some here seem offended at people asking about gas grill questions, and give harsh answers. I came here to learn low and slow so I fit in and learned a lot, but maybe our banner should be changed to reflect the type of cooking here?

    I use fresh hams to add to my pulled pork. Fresh ham with skin on are injected with apple juice and large X carved in meat to let the juice of two pork butts on rack above ham to soak into it. Hams are lean with very little fat of it's own.

    Food Saver bags Last two times I have bought mine from E-bay, both times from elrodharris three 11'X50' worked for me as I double seal so as to boil and heat. never had one fail yet, better price than Wal-mart for me! They also sell bags.
