    Burnt on sugar

    Hi there! New to this group. My husband was making hummingbird food. So he forgot that the pot was boiling for two hours with 4 cups of sugar and 6 cups of water. I'm thinking my stainless steel pot is ruined but looking for ideas to possibly save it.
