Haha I feel the same as you. My champagne of choice is Veuve Clicquot. I am not sure if you have ever seen the television show Absolutely Fabulous, but they drink Veuve in similar quantities to me.

Tonight I was in the mood for mystery so I watched Monk, Psych, and Walker Texas Ranger. These are three of my favorite shows.

Most guacamole recipes are too heavy on cilantro (tastes like bitter soap to me). I prefer my guacamole to have lots of chili powder and lime juice. Adding a shot of tequila is always interesting. Taking a couple of shots is also interesting.
